1. Golden State Home Improvement Network promotes the contractor's service to the homeowner. That means you can concentrate on the other aspects of your business while having an advertising tool that will be beneficial and cost efficient.
   
   
2. There is limited competition within the network because we only represent a limited number of contractors within the same specialty and vicinity so competition is at a minimum.
   
   
3. Any fee paid to Golden State Home Improvement Network is considered to be a sales and marketing expense, thus is a tax write-off for the contractor.

Do You Meet Our Contractor Qualifications?

• Do you have an outstanding customer service record?
  
  
• Have you been in business a minimum of two years?
  
  
• Have NO unresolved complaints at the Better Business Bureau or California State Contractor's License Board?
  
  
• Can you provide current copies of liability and worker's compensation insurance (if required)?
  
  
• Can you provide a current copy of your contractor's license?
  
  
• Can you provide three verifiable referrals from past customers?
  
  
• You MUST be courtious, Reliable and Professional at all times!
  
  
• Contractor's who get more than (3) complaints in a 12 month period will automatically lose their spots to the next contractor on our waiting list.
  
  

We offer three levels of lead options to our contractors:

Silver package $39 per lead to home improvement specialist ( not requiring state licensing i.e. handyman, window coverings, etc...). A representative with our company will contact the customer, verify that the lead is good and then pass thier contact information directly to you by either phone or email. Please note: You will only be charged for a maximum of THREE leads in any given month. Any leads there after, in the same month are yours FREE of charge. You will recieve a statement at the end of each month by email indicating the leads you are given for that month and any charges for your records. Leads will be sent to a maximum of THREE contractors, unless you request our Platinum package.

Gold Package $69 per lead for contractors (requiring state licensing): A representative with our company will contact the customer, verify that the lead is good and then pass thier contact information directly to you by either phone or email. Please note: You will only be charged for a maximum of THREE leads in any given month. Any leads there after, in the same month are yours FREE of charge. You will recieve a statement at the end of each month by email indicating the leads you are given for that month and any charges for your records. Leads will be sent to a maximum of THREE contractors, unless you request our Platinum package.

Platinum package $69*-$99** per lead: A representative with our company will contact the customer, verify that the lead is good and then pass thier contact information directly to you by either phone or email. This lead will be "Exclusive to you" NO COMPETITION!

***PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A ONE TIME PROCESSING FEE OF $24.95***
(This fee covers the processing of your application into our program.)

*For trades "NOT" requiring a California state contractors license $69 per lead.
**For trades requiring a California state contractors license $99 per lead.
