Golden State Home Improvement Network begun when co-founder Craig Iden , who is a certified home inspector and owner of Golden State Home Inspections, was told story after story by homeowners about their nightmare encounters with contractors. In addition they would ask him if he could refer someone who was reliable and knowledgable to help them in the future so that they would not have to relive these horrible memories all over again. Craig found that the only way to consistantly refer any service professional, was to create a network of quality home improvement specialists who would have to meet or exceed a strict criteria along with an ongoing performance history analysis.
